We frame single-family homes, additions, multi-unit residential, detached garages, shops and agricultural buildings — engineered floor systems, LVL and steel beam installation, mezzanines, roof trusses and stick-framed roofs, and structural work on existing buildings.
We act as prime contractor on residential projects where the owner wants one company to carry the job from foundation to weather-tight, and as framing subcontractor to established builders and developers across Cornwall and Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry.

On site
We coordinate directly with the GC, the engineer of record and the municipal building inspector, and schedule framing inspections so they pass the first time and the next trade isn’t waiting on us.
Owner-supervised
The owners supervise every site in person, not from an office. Red Seal certified carpenters on staff, and all crew hold the required safety courses and training.
